  • In the following policy, VPNCI refers to the service provided by VPNCI Technologies TR ("Company" or "We") through VPNCI Technologies TR ("Company" or "We"). The VPNCI.com website and the software provided through it (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains (i) what information we collect through your access and use of our Service, (ii) we use such information, and (iii) the level of security we provide to protect such information.
  • Philosophy: Our company is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. It is our primary policy to collect as little user information as possible to ensure a private and anonymous user experience while using the Service. Below is a summary of how we handle information when you use the Service.
  • VPNCI is a Sign In VPN service: It does not log users' traffic or the content of any communication. Details on our no logs VPN policy can be found here.
  • Data we collect and why we collect Personal data (related to your account): Account creation: To create an account, you must register to use our Service. All you have to do is choose your username, then give your email address and choose your password.
  • We store the email address (or VPNCI account) you entered when creating the account for communication and abuse prevention purposes.
  • Support: When you submit support requests or bug reports, we will collect data you choose to share with us about the issue being reported. Error reports can sometimes be resolved with third-party applications such as Anydesk.
  • Payment: The company relies on third parties to process payment by credit card and Cryptocurrencies and we do not store your full credit card details (Shopier). Anonymous cash or Bitcoin payments and donations are also accepted.
  • How we use this personal data: Your email address is not shared with any third party. We mainly use it for account related inquiries, communication and recovery. By signing up for our service, you agree to receive communications from us, which may include promotional emails. You can stop receiving emails from us by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each email we send.
  • We may also use your data for payment related matters. This includes sending you emails, invoices, receipts, delay notices and alerting you when you need to update payment details. We use third parties for secure credit card processing and send billing information to these third parties to process your credit card payments.
  • The information you provide when contacting our support team is processed for analytical purposes (for example, to obtain aggregated statistics on the number of Android complaints), but it is not combined with any personal data. We do not create any targeted ads or any profiles.

  • Data retention: We store basic data (such as username, e-mail, billing information) in active accounts in order to provide services. This data is deleted when your account is deleted.
  • Non-personal data (VPNCI.com website and our local apps) Visiting our website: We use Google Analytics, an analysis tool. We only use analytics software to collect aggregated non-identifying information such as the title of the page viewed, screen resolution, external links, referrers, and page and website speed. This data cannot be used to personally identify users or visitors as we do not log IP addresses and link them to specific user accounts.
  • Why we use analytics software: We use analytics software to help us deliver a higher quality of service. For example, looking at the geographic distribution of users of the Service as a whole allows us to understand which countries need the Service the most and to allocate development resources to deliver the best service in those countries. Seeing long-term trends in the number of visitors from different countries allows us to quickly identify which countries are starting to block the Service and take action against those obstacles.
  • How we collect non-personal website data: We may use various cookies to collect and store information when you visit our website. Users can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level.
  • Using our native apps (apps) When you use our local practices, we may collect certain information in addition to information specified elsewhere in this Policy. We may use mobile analytics software (Play / App Store app statistics or self hosted / open source Sentry crash reporting) to send crash information to our developers so that we can fix bugs quickly. Some platforms (like Google Play Store or Apple App Store) may also collect aggregated, anonymous statistics such as which type of devices and operating systems are used most often (eg Android 6 percentage.x vs Android 7.x), total installs, total uninstalls number and total number of active users, and may be subject to the privacy policy and terms and conditions of the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
  • No software in our Apps can access or track any location-based information from your device at any time.
  • Public Information and Third Party Websites Blog: We have a public blog on our website. Any information you add to a comment on our blog can be read, collected and used by anyone. If your personal information appears on our blog and you want it removed, contact us here.
  • Links to other websites: Our website may contain links to other websites of your interest. However, we are not responsible for the content of any websites we link to, and external sites are subject to their own terms and conditions and privacy policies.
  • Third Party Networks VPNCI's alternative routing technology allows VPNCI applications to bypass many censorship blocks. Premium Servers are fully optimized by our team and are owned by VPNCI.
